Extremely rare and once in a lifetime opportunity to own 25 acres in the Angeles National Forest just an hour north of Los Angeles. Your own private retreat. This unique property offers a large steel building with concrete slab foundation, perfect for securing your treasured possessions. Also included is the actual Gold Queen Mine. This Mine site dates back to the 1800's and was an active and producing site and processed ore on site as well. The Actual mine adit is about 150 ft long. The Adit is cut deep into the mountain and is in good condition. At the end of the adit is a man made pool of water collected and stored naturally from the mountains above. It is a large amount of water. This water can be used as a gravity fed source for water on the lower land parcel. There is an older shooting range on site for the sporting enthusiast. Close to Acton and Palmdale too. Bring your horses. Go for a hike. Plenty to do here.
